He was knowledgable, kind, funny, and - important to me - CALM. He helped us negotiate a price when the appraisal came in a little under… Additionally, we were trying to do most everything from hundreds of miles away and Ryan and his team kept in contact, kept me in the loop, and helped for everything to go super smoothly.
